Legal services are provided by AL Rahim Barkatali Gangani through A R Gangani Professional Corporation and require conflict clearance, an agreed scope, and a written retainer. Real estate sales representative services are provided separately through The Guardian Home Realty Inc., Brokerage and require the applicable representation agreement. Clients are free to retain any lawyer.
