ARG Law Office, operated by Al Rahim Gangani, is a reputable and trusted Ontario law firm focused on real estate and litigation, serving clients across the Greater Toronto Area since 2016.
We primarily assist with residential purchases, sales, and mortgage refinances, and also represent clients in select litigation matters.
We introduced transparent, all-inclusive closing quotes so clients can understand their legal fees upfront, with direct access to a lawyer throughout their transaction.

Also planning a move?
Legal work and real estate representation stay clearly separate.
AL also offers real estate sales representative services through a
separate professional relationship. The role, fees, and applicable
obligations are confirmed before either service begins.
Why is a lawyer involved in an Ontario real estate closing?
A lawyer completes the legal transfer and registration steps,
reviews title and closing documents, addresses lender requirements,
and helps identify legal issues that could affect the transaction.
When should I contact AL about a purchase or sale?
As early as possible. Share the closing date and agreement once
available, especially when a legal-review condition or another
deadline is approaching.
What is title insurance?
Title insurance is generally a one-time policy that may protect an
owner or lender from specified title-related risks. Coverage,
exclusions, and claims depend on the policy, so AL will explain how
it relates to your transaction.
Can closing documents be signed remotely?
Many documents can be completed electronically or by video meeting,
depending on the transaction, lender requirements, and identity
verification. AL will confirm the signing process for your file.
Does contacting AL create a lawyer-client relationship?
No. A lawyer-client relationship begins only after conflicts,
scope, and engagement terms have been reviewed and confirmed in
writing. Do not send confidential documents until requested.
Can legal and real estate services be one engagement?
No. Legal services and real estate sales representative services
are distinct professional relationships, each with its own role,
responsibilities, fees, and written engagement terms.
